How to install custom kernel and rom - Sony Xperia Neo L MT25i ( Xperia Pheonix NXT 2 r1)

Download:
pheonix_nxt2_r1.zip
LuPus-Stock-ICS/GB-v1-480p.img
SonyEricsson Xperia Flasher by Bin4ry & Androxyde 
Ultimate rotation control (download from Playstore after installing this custrom ROM)

Neo L must have the following:
Unlocked Bootloader



Steps:

  1. Install Flashtool (download above - SonyEricsson Xperia Flasher by Bin4ry & Androxyde)
  2. Turn off the phone
  3. Press and hold search key then insert USB cable
  4. Run Flashtool.exe
  5. Click Flash
  6. Fastboot mode
  7. Select kernel to flash
  8. Double click to select kernel.
  9. Installation finish in 2 minutes.
  10. Disconnect USB Cable
  11. Start phone
  12. Press volume down (multiple times) when you see LuPuS Logo.
  13. It should boot to CWM recovery now
  14. Mount & Storage
  15. Mount Cache and Format cache
  16. Mount System and Format System
  17. Mount Data and Format Data
  18. Mount SD-ext and Format SD-ext
  19. Go to Wipe Option
  20. Wipe Dalvik Cache
  21. (Now you have to transfer the Pheonix_nxt2_r1.zip into SD Card)
  22. Mount & Storage
  23. Mount USB Storage
  24. Connect phone to USB Cable
  25. Transfer Pheonix_nxt2_r1.zip into sdcard
  26. Once done, safely remove external storage from Windows.
  27. Now hit back 2x
  28. Select install zip 
  29. Choose zip from SD Card
  30. And choose phoenix_nxt2_r1.zip
  31. Installation should finish in 7 mins
  32. After finish go to Advance again and choose wipe battery stats
  33. Now reboot phone 
  34. Your phone is now in permanent landscape mode (it's a bug)
  35. To fix this, download Ultimate Rotation Control from Playstore (by FAME IT)

    i have rooted sonyxperia neo l(mt25i) , cwm installed and unlocked bootloader ,all i want to know is how to flash kernel (turbo kernel 3.1) and then custom rom lyk cm10 in my phone .. kindly reply in d same format as u have wrote here step to step thanks..
